Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) are voluntary, employee-led groups whose aim is to provide support, enhance career development, and contribute to personal development in our work environment. The purposes and goals of each ERG are aligned with the shared characteristics or life experiences of the populations they serve. SPA’s ERG co-chairs communicate with senior leadership to offer insights and generate ideas to produce a more positive environment.
SPA has five active ERGs: Multicultural Excellence, Recognition, and Individual Talent (MERIT), SPA VETS, Young Professionals Group (YPG), Women’s Initiative for Networking and Knowledge (WINK), and GoGreen.
Multicultural Excellence, Recognition, and Individual Talent (MERIT)
Embraces and amplifies the voices of the various cultures that make up SPA and enables networking, connection, and mentoring for career development.
SPA VETS
Supports our veteran, Reserve, and National Guard community by empowering our vets through inspiring stories, valuable resources, networking opportunities, and insights from fellow veterans.
Young Professionals Group (YPG)
Embraces and amplifies the voices of the various cultures that make up SPA and enables networking, connection, and mentoring for career development.
Women’s Initiative for Networking and Knowledge (WINK)
